At Translife, we understand that privacy and discretion are extremely important to many of our customers. For this reason, we offer a range of delivery options designed to suit individual requirements.

Our standard delivery method for both UK and international orders is Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For Delivery. This provides a reliable, secure and fully trackable service, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress from dispatch through to delivery. When orders or partial orders are shipped by Translife you will receive an email containg the tracking reference this allows you to track the parcel. 

For customers who require additional discretion, we can arrange delivery via a UPS Access Point. This option allows your parcel to be delivered to a secure collection location rather than your home address, providing greater privacy and convenience. Other options are available on request for a click +Collect service offered by other couriers.

We appreciate that every customer’s circumstances are different, and we are always happy to discuss alternative delivery arrangements where possible. Discreet Packaging

We understand that discretion is important to many of our customers and take great care when preparing every order for dispatch.

All orders are securely packed in durable, self-sealing polyethylene mailing bags. These bags are waterproof, tamper-evident and designed to protect your purchase during transit. Once sealed, any attempt to open the package will be immediately visible, helping to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

For additional privacy, our parcels do not contain any external markings, logos or descriptions that would identify the contents or indicate that the package originates from a crossdressing, transformation or specialist retailer. To anyone handling the parcel, it appears as a standard commercial shipment.

For customers within the United Kingdom, this means your order can be delivered with complete discretion.

The only exception applies to international shipments. When sending goods overseas, we are legally required to complete customs documentation and provide an accurate declaration of the goods being exported. These declarations must contain the appropriate product descriptions and commodity codes for customs, import duty and taxation purposes. Unfortunately, this is a legal requirement imposed by customs authorities worldwide and cannot be omitted or altered.
