Yes. Your privacy is one of our highest priorities. Our professional dressing studio is located within our private property in Bognor Regis and is not open to the general public. Appointments are strictly by advance booking only, ensuring you receive our complete attention in a calm, discreet, one-to-one environment.
There are no public waiting areas, no passing customers and no interruptions. From the moment you arrive until you leave, your appointment remains completely confidential. Will I see anyone else during my appointment?
Throughout your appointment you will be with Sophie, who will guide and support you every step of the way. On rare occasions Krista may also be present to assist, but this will never affect the privacy or personal nature of your experience.
Our studio is appointment-only and is not open to the general public. This allows us to provide a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere where you can take your time, ask questions and enjoy your transformation in complete confidence.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
As all appointments are individually arranged, we will always do our best to find a day and time that suits your schedule. Whether you’re travelling from nearby or further afield, we’ll work with you to make your visit as convenient and stress-free as possible.
We recommend booking in advance, particularly for evening and weekend appointments, as these are our most popular times and availability can be limited.

What should I bring with me?
If you have favourite items that you would like to incorporate into your look, such as your own wig, clothing, shoes or makeup, you’re very welcome to bring them along. Many clients also like to bring jewellery, perfume or other personal accessories to complete their transformation.
