Apply the powder with a natural hair brush evenly onto the brows and slowly work the colour in to enhance your natural look. Applying this powder produces a more natural almost tattooed eyebrow appearance, it is softer and kinder to your overall look as it helps to frame your eyes more fully.
This product can be applied dry or wet if desired. In combination with Cake Eyeliner Sealer Eyebrow Powder, this product becomes smudge-proof. Remove with Eye Makeup Remover.
