We are aware that it can take a considerable amount of courage to take those first steps “En-Femme” and even walking over the threshold of our building can initially appear a daunting task. Please be assured we will do out best to put you at total ease. You will be made very welcome and we will even have a cup of tea or coffee to hand on your arrival. It is worth pointing out that we have an off-road car parking space right in front of our building, it’s completely at your disposal so you do not have to worry about the dreaded parking in Brighton.
We believe our approach to undertaking a makeover, and our Dressing Service is as individual as you are. We take a “get to know you” approach, listen to what your aspirations are, then working with you transferring those thoughts and ideas into a “look” that best portrays your personality and of course your wishes.
Looking good not only makes you feel better but also adds additional self-confidence. We call the dressing service a top to toe experience. In its simplest terms, it’s wigs to shoes and everything in-between!
Although the process starts with the makeover or makeup stage, considerable thought is given to the clothing and wig colours that suit you best, as this helps to identify the colour scheme we will adopt. We can undertake the every day look to the over the top drag queen look all it takes is your imagination or joint inspiration. During the various stages of the makeover, we will record the colours/shades used on a colour/face chart if required we will also take photographs, it’s totally up to you.
To achieve a more female figure, we have several options in the forms of shapewear, silicone breast forms and even silicon bottom pads to ensure we have those curves in just the right place. Your facial shape will generally dictate the style but not the colour of the wigs we suggest but do not fear we have a wide selection to work through, this is often the fun stage.
We will finish the look with jewellery and of course shoes and any other accessories to complement your outfits. We do the best we can to take photographs of all the changes and looks we cover during your visit. In general, the makeover and complete look takes in the region of one and a half to two hours but do not fear we don’t clock watch and you can stay as long as you wish. Our primary focus is that you have a great experience with us.

What is parking like near you?
Brighton has a well earned reputation for one of the hardest places to find a place to park, and to add insult to injury parking prices are always going up. Luckily we have an off road parking spot right outside our front door,the now famous red door – in fact the only red door in the street.
Normally we can reserve the space for you prior to your appointment. However, in the event that it is taken there are parking spices quite close by on Lansdown Place or along the Sea front.
Do I need an appointment?
Whilst we can sometimes fit clients in on short notice, a prior arranged appointment is preferable. To help us ensure we have everything ready prior to your visit, we often ask that you complete Our on-line “Enquiry Form”. The “Enquiry Form” allows us to identify the dress size, shoe size and a couple of additional pieces of information so we can make sure everything is prepared in advance to your visit.
How much does it cost?
We have a published price list but as we pointed out earlier, we always round down the time and believe in exceeding clients expectations where possible. We frequently receive compliments on what good value for money our service is and how much our clients have enjoyed the experience. We strongly believe in what we are doing and if you are not totally satisfied we will not accept any form of payment – you won’t or can’t get fairer than that! Do you do a make-over & go or out call service?
Simply put yes, If you are looking for a quick makeover before a night or day out on the town, a meeting or any other occasion, we are here to help.
The price prices for both a makeover and go and an outcall visit are listed in our standard price list. In addition, we can paint existing nails or provide and paint false nails.

How can I pay?
In order to secure a Dressing Appointment where possible we prefer a £35 *deposit which is normally paid in advance by :
1. Postal Orders
2. Paypal
We appreciate that clients may not be in a position to place a deposit and wish to pay cash on the day or pay via credit card this is not a problem as we take all major credit cards (except American Express). The name TLL will appear on your credit card statement should you pay by card.
*This is none refundable should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the date/time. We will do our best to re-schedule if possible.
