Description

The pleaser Flair 420 open toe sandal is a timeless tee bar open toe sandal with a slightly raised front platform. The four and a half stiletto heel adds a touch of elegance, style and height to the design whilst at the same time elongating your legs to make them appear more slender. The tee-bar arrangement of the ankle strap provides additional support and assurance as you walk holding your foot securely in place. This style of footwear is very accommodating and therefore is ideal for a slightly wider foot.

The soft inlay sole of the Flair 420 provides comfort for those long evenings on the dance floor. Available in black only, up to a UK size 13. This is a very popular sandal.

Q: Hi. I normally buy a size 11 closed toe shoe. I was wondering if having a wider foot, and the Flair being open toe, if sizing up to a 12 would be better? I want to avoid toes hanging over the sides of the sandal, but also don't want anything too loose fitting. My foot length is 28.8cm. Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks.

A: Hi, interesting question as logic would suggest that at worst, if you can get into a closed-toe UK11, then the open-toe would accommodate your foot with ease as the construction allows for a little "stretch". You may experience some front toe overlap due to the frontal force when wearing them. This again would be dependent on your frame and the amount of force exerted as you walk. If you go up a size, this could be worse, so my initial thoughts would be to stick with the UK11.
