Just to say a huge thank you for the amazingly helpful and friendly customer service. I am not TV but came across your website while searching for a wig to cover up my hair loss. I have to say I was a little dubious on the product quality before it arrived due to the really good value in cost, but it’s arrived today (John Renau, ‘Haute’ wig) and I couldn’t be more happier with it. For a 30 something, style conscious women, it has instantly given me a big confidence boost. It looks so real I can’t believe it, and the lace front has to be the best for this realness look I think. How refreshing to deal with a company who offer great customer service from start to finish.
Quite rare in this day & age!
I ordered the haute wig by Jon renau on the Friday and it was in my hands the following Wednesday, which when you consider they have to order in from the states is pretty amazing.
The haute is a great wig and the pictures you get online don’t do it any justice. I got it in 12fs8 and once it’s been tweaked and styled to your own taste it looks very chic & trendy.
Totally impressed and would definitely use this company again. Keep up the good work!
