Product Description

Rosie Jon Renau wig is a layered, shoulder-length synthetic wig with choppy layers and wispy ends and clearly represents the latest hair trends. The SmartLace front allows you to change your look and style your hair away from the face with ease and confidence. The monofilament top is hand-tied and provides multi-directional parting and the look of natural hair growth directly from the scalp. This style has natural volume, subtle flips, and a side-swept fringe to frame the face. The SmartLace Front extends temple to temple and each hair is hand tied one by one to mimic a natural hairline so even under close inspection no one would know you are wearing a wig. The top is also hand-tied and made with a sheer material to create an ultra-realistic scalp look. The cap has open wefting on the sides and back to allow air to come through, keeping you comfortable all day. The synthetic hair is pre-styled with smooth layers and is ready-to-wear out of the box.

Lace Front Wigs
In a lace front wig, the front hairline is made of a nearly invisible mesh trim, generally 1/8-inch to 1.5 inch in width, to which the hairs of the wig are individually tied. This lace trim will typically extend across the entire front hairline of the wig from ear to ear or temple to temple. The main benefit of a lace front wig is the very convincing realism simulated by the individually hand-tied hairs across the lace front hairline. This allows for the hair on the lace front hairline to move freely in any direction, just like follicular hair, thus appearing very natural.

Some lace front wigs are designated as having Swiss Lace or French Lace. The difference between these two types of lace will vary depending on the wig manufacturer, but Swiss Lace is generally thinner and more delicate than French Lace.

Full Lace Wigs are wigs that are 100% hand-tied wigs that use a cap completely constructed of fine mesh and may designate the mesh cap material as being French Lace.

Lace fronts can be found on wigs of any cap construction. Typically lace fronts are combined with cap features like monofilament crowns (mono tops) or monofilament parts (mono parts). Lace fronts also can be found on open cap (capless) wigs, human hair wigs, Remy human hair wigs and hand-tied wigs.

With any hair type or cap combination, lace front wigs are perfect for those who want to create an off-the-face or swept back style or a style without a fringe.

Determining Your Wig Size
While average size wigs tend to fit about 95% of customers, you will find that quite a few wigs also come in petite and large sizes. Consider that many also have adjustable straps that give up to 1/2” so that you can achieve a comfortable and secure fit.

To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand and that not all wigs are available in all cap sizes.
