Having used high quality, HD synthetic wigs by Jon Renau for quite a while now, which have always been gorgeous but have an annoying tendency to tangle really badly, I took the plunge and invested in a human hair version of my favorite style. This wig is very light, comfortable, a gorgeous colour (I went with 12fs8), and the hair quality itself is amazing. The things that let it down a bit, IMHO, are that the sides don’t come down far enough to cover your sideburns even as far as your ears, meaning you have to spend ages covering it with prosthetic makeup, which is a bore! The other thing is the hair it’s a bit thin behind, so you can’t do a braid or anything without being able to see the cap underneath. For the price, there should be a monofilament cap all over.
